The Healing Wisdom of Herbs – Update!

We’re excited to share more details on The Healing Wisdom of Herbs, the next session of  our workshop series!

The session will focus on identifying herbs, healthy living, and much more in collaboration with a community garden in Harlem.  The facilitator will be Core Sister Glenda Ullauri, who’s work involves intergenerational programming in urban agriculture and food justice that is guided by the unconditional love for our pachamama and compassion for all living things and ancestors.

This session will be very similar to last summer’s Cultivation Circle, which can you find a clip of below. More details can be found in the flyer below and on the Eventbrite page.

What’s a Venting Session? – These sessions are safe spaces where women share as much or as little as they want to. Here, a sister is not judged, instead she is supported in any endeavor, experience or problem she is going through.

Intentions

Join us for our first circle of 2014 as we set our intentions for the year and reconnect with one another. This venting session will also include an arts activity where we will make *Vision Boards* for our goals, dreams, and hopes for the semester/new year. We will supply the poster paper.

Suggested supplies to bring:
* Magazines/photos
* Scissors
* Glue/tape

Reflections Circle – VENUE CHANGE

Sisters, due to unforeseen circumstances, Clara Angel can no longer facilitate the circle today so we will be changing the location of the circle. The circle will be at Natalia and Yexenia’s apartment. Email us for the address if you don’t have it at sisterscirclecollective@gmail.com
